Established in 2000, Skin Savvy is a premier skincare studio dedicated to advanced, results-driven treatments that blend science-backed techniques with botanically-based care. Led by founder and esthetician Jennifer Ciampa, who brings over 30 years of expertise, Skin Savvy specializes in transformative skincare, waxing, lash enhancements, and brow artistry. Our personalized approach ensures clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through safe, ethical, and effective treatments tailored uniquely to each individual.

Jennifer Ciampa is the founder and owner of Skin Savvy, which she opened in 2000 after beginning her career as a licensed esthetician over 30 years ago. With advanced training in chemical peels, cold plasma therapy, and microneedling, she’s known for delivering science-backed, results-driven skincare. She is also an oncology-trained esthetician and offers a full range of services, including waxing, lash and brow tinting, and lash extensions.
Jennifer’s deep fascination with the skin and its functions drives her passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Her work goes beyond the surface—boosting confidence and empowering people to truly love what they see in the mirror.
Outside the treatment room, Jennifer is a proud mom to two adult children, Tristan and Tori. A lifelong equestrian, she enjoys spending her free time riding and caring for her horse, Travis
Tori Ciampa is the friendly face at the front desk of Skin Savvy and a licensed real estate agent, dedicated to helping others feel confident—whether it’s through skincare or finding the perfect home. She’s the daughter of Skin Savvy owner Jennifer Ciampa and the third generation in her family to work at Skin Savvy. Tori made her first appearance in the salon at just 2½ weeks old, which might be why she looks familiar to so many longtime clients. She’s currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. When she’s not working or studying, Tori enjoys hitting the gym, going for motorcycle rides and spending time with the family horse, Travis. She’s also a proud cat mom to two spirited felines, Slider and Mojito.

Heidi is a seasoned esthetician with 29 years of experience and has been a trusted part of the Skin Savvy team since 2002. Known for her calming presence and meticulous technique, her favorite treatments include dermaplaning, brow waxing and tinting, and customized facials. Heidi’s true passion lies in helping clients feel relaxed, confident, and great in their own skin.Outside of the treatment room, she’s a proud mom to three grown children—Blake, Madeline, and Mason—and has two lovable labradoodles, Scout and Fudge.

Holly is a skilled esthetician that began her career at Skin Savvy in 2021. She specializes in lash services, spray tans, waxing and a variety of facials. While she loves every service she offers, her true passion lies in helping clients feel more confident and leave with a smile. Known for her commitment to real results and creating uplifting, positive experiences, Holly brings warmth and expertise to every appointment. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys spending time with her dogs and chickens, staying active and making the most of the outdoors. With a lifelong belief that work should never feel like “work,” Holly feels grateful to do what she loves every day.

With over 22 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, Julie brings both passion and expertise to every treatment she performs. A graduate of the intensive 1,200-hour esthetics program at the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics, she has a strong foundation in advanced skincare techniques. Her specialties include customized facials, microneedling, and full-body waxing—treatments known for delivering real, confidence-boosting results. What truly sets her apart is the personal connection Julie creates with each client, helping them feel heard, cared for and deeply relaxed during every visit. When she’s not at work, Julie enjoys spending time with her two teenage boys, Lincoln and Chase, her Golden Doodle, Luigi, her mom, Norrine, and her boyfriend, Steven. Her favorite ways to unwind include sitting on the beach with a good book, enjoying delicious meals in Boston’s North End with Steven, diving into a new TV series, and catching up with her girlfriends.

With over 35 years of experience in skincare, Robyn has been a dedicated part of Skin Savvy since its opening. Though she works full-time outside of the industry, her passion for esthetics keeps her rooted in the Skin Savvy family, where she works part-time. Robyn loves sharing her knowledge with both clients and fellow team members and values the warm, supportive environment that Skin Savvy offers. Married with a grown son and stepdaughter, she’s also a devoted animal lover—especially when it comes to rescue pets.
In Memoriam
Carole Williams was the heart behind the start of Skin Savvy. As Jennifer Ciampa’s mother and the clinic’s very first receptionist, she played a vital role in bringing Jennifer’s vision to life when Skin Savvy opened its doors in 2000. With her warm smile, welcoming presence, and unwavering support, Carole quickly became a familiar and beloved face to many clients.
She remained a constant presence at Skin Savvy until her passing in 2013 after a courageous battle with non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Her kindness, dedication and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone who met her. Carole’s legacy continues to live on in the spirit of Skin Savvy—rooted in connection, compassion and the power of helping others feel their best.

Note that once we respond with available options you should respond as soon as possible with your appointment choice as we can not hold any of the appointments while we wait for your response. We do have earlier morning and later evening appointments available upon request. Don’t be afraid to ask if we can accommodate a time outside of listed business hours.
Be advised that select services, such as lash extensions & microneedling, require a 50% booking fee for all new clients to be paid by invoice sent via email. This may also be required of clients with a history of last minute cancelations and no shows. Booking fees will be applied towards the cost of service. We require a 24 hour notice or more for all cancelations or changes to appointments. Booking fees will be surrendered in the case of cancelations less than 24 hours or no shows. Walk-In Appointments
While we welcome walk-in appointments & we will accept them provided we have the time available, please understand that many of our clients book in advance & it may not be possible to accommodate your desired service with late notice. If you have a desired day, time frame or specific esthetician you prefer to see we recommend that you try to book ahead.
