Lash Extensions
A fill requires that 50% or more of your lash extensions are still intact at time of appointment. Anything less may be charged an additional fee for more product used.
Please be advised that a 50% booking fee is required for all Full Lash Sets and new client foreign fills. An invoice will be sent via email and once paid appointment will be confirmed and booked. Fee will be applied to cost of service. Fee will be foreited if appontment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice or in the case of a no show.

Please be sure to fill out this form in its entirety. The more information we have the sooner we can get you booked with your appointment. Note that once we respond with available options you should respond as soon as possible with your appointment choice as we can not hold any of the appointments while we wait for your response. Make sure that your email address is correct. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see our response in your inbox. Our email will come through from Jennifer Ciampa or Skin Savvy. We suggest adding our email address and contact info to your address book.
We do have earlier morning and later evening appointments available upon request. Don’t be afraid to ask if we can accommodate a time outside of listed business hours.
Be advised that select services, such as lash extensions & microneedling, require a 50% booking fee for all new clients to be paid by invoice sent via email. This may also be required of clients with a history of last minute cancelations and no shows. Booking fees will be applied towards the cost of service. We require a 24 hour notice or more for all cancelations or changes to appointments. Booking fees will be surrendered in the case of cancelations less than 24 hours or no shows. Walk-In Appointments
While we welcome walk-in appointments & we will accept them provided we have the time available, please understand that many of our clients book in advance & it may not be possible to accommodate your desired service with late notice. If you have a desired day, time frame or specific esthetician you prefer to see we recommend that you try to book ahead.
